Classifies 1000+ property documents into 23+ categories using Claude Sonnet for labeling and Mistral for OCR. Includes building verification that validates documents against BC numbers and building names with automated notification workflows.
RAG Property Intelligence System
Built with pgvector (Supabase), Gemini Embedding, and Cohere Reranker. Implements hybrid search (semantic + keyword via BM25) with Reciprocal Rank Fusion for accurate document retrieval. Includes ACL filtering, metadata-based recency ranking, and grounded citation-backed responses.
